The role
This is a stand-out opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE to join a bustling practice, enriched with experience and talent
The role will offer a broad and interesting caseload for new and existing clients, including but not limited to; sales and purchases, landlord and tenant leases, SIPP purchases and leasebacks, and collective enfranchisement.
You will work as part of the firm's small but growing Property team. This role comes with excellent prospects for personal and professional development and progression. Many of the senior Lawyers and Partners at the firm are homegrown.
Requirements
- You will have at least three years PQE (no upper limit on PQE)
- You are a team player and a strong communicator
- You should be an ambitious person with aspirations to grow with the business
- You should have strong technical knowledge
