Employment Solicitor - NQ-8 PQE - Cardiff / Reading

A leading law firm are looking to hire an employment solicitor or senior solicitor into their specialist employment team. The successful candidate will be working on the full spectrum of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious with clients locally, nationally as well as internationally. This opportunity also offers transparent, genuine career progression.

With a personal training contract altered to the way you like to learn and the benefit of hybrid working, this firm takes their employees well-being very seriously. Your role is likely to be split between, disputes advisory and corporate support work for clients from an extremely broad and varies range of sectors.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales or due to qualify soon;
• Have experience in contentious and non-contentious employment law;
• Be enthusiastic and have a clear ambition to build a career in employment law;
• Be a team-player.
