Title Checker, Bedfordshire – We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and capable Title Checker to work within an established and thriving Residential Conveyancing firm based in Bedfordshire. JOB TITLE: Title Checker
LOCATION: Bedfordshire
SALARY: Competitive DOE
THE ROLE:
The successful Title Checker will be working closely with experienced Residential Conveyancers to assist on a range of matters within the technical department and will be responsible for dealing with Stamp Duty Land Tax and Land Registry documents. This is being offered on a full-time permanent basis.
THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Title Checker will ideally have at least 12 months’ experience within Residential Conveyancing and possess a sound understanding of the conveyancing process and terminology. You will be a good communicator with excellent organisational skills and be able to work under pressure and to deadlines. A keen eye for detail is essential.
THE FIRM:
This established Conveyancing firm based in Bedfordshire offers expert legal advice on all aspects of residential property matters. Each Client is allocated a dedicated fee earner to handle matters through to completion, ensuring clients are provided the best level of service at all times.
