The Role
This remote working opportunity offers an experienced IT & Commercial Technology Solicitor a varied caseload of quality work, including but not limited to; cybersecurity, SaaS agreements, cloud service agreements and software licencing.
This is a rare opportunity to be part of something fresh yet established - where you can put your stamp on the role, with the firm offering autonomy. There is an existing, high-quality caseload available for you; however, you will be responsible for further developing this alongside the Partnership team.
This role would suit an entrepreneurial and driven IT & Commercial Technology Solicitor who wants to become a member of a relaxed but professional team and has the drive to progress their career. With Junior and Senior opportunities available, you will work with businesses from SMEs up to multi-national companies.
Requirements
- You will be a IT & Commercial Technology Solicitor with 3+ years PQE and with wide-ranging commercial technology, digital media and IT experience
- You will be a strong negotiator
- Drafting skills are a must as is a good handle on
- Experienceded with IP and data protection issues in technology
- Able to work independently but also be a team player
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- Entrepreneurial flair and strong commercial acumen
