Exposure to specific areas of expertise; advising on investment disputes for both investors and sovereigns under international agreements such as bilateral investment treaties (BITs), free trade agreements (FTAs), multilateral trade agreements (MTAs) such as the Energy Charter Treaty and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
