About the Opportunity

We are looking for lawyers ideally with Renewables, Power Cables or Infrastructure experience.

As a Senior Commercial lawyer for the EMEA operation, you'll be tasked with providing legal, strategic, business-focussed advice to the fast-growing Power Cables business.

Advising on, reviewing, drafting and negotiating large scale EPC (Energy Performance Contracts) agreements, and supporting project tendering and execution activities will be part of your responsibilities.

You will also collaborate with the wider legal department around the globe ensuring legal compliance across the business.

This is a permanent appointment, offering a hybrid working model of 1 to 3 days in the City of London office.

About You

This position will suit a seasoned UK qualified lawyer with experience working within the energy or cables sector. Any experience in Infrastructure would also be beneficial. The ability to negotiate complex, high value contract agreements is key. PPP & PFI experience would also be welcome. You will work closley with the international business and will need to be invovled with stakeholder management at a senior level.
