Job Details
The team covers merger control, foreign investment/national security requirements, cartels and dawn raids, competition litigation, market and sector investigations, abuse of dominance, state aid/subsidies, public procurement and utilities regulation.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1 – 6 years’ post qualification experience
- Merger control experience is essential
- Public procurement/state aid experience is desirable
- UK or EU qualification and experience, particularly in Brussels is desirable
