Solicitor/CILEX - Private Client (Probate and Trusts)
Client
A well-established local firm with a strong client base in East Anglia, London and further afield.
Role
Focus on estate administration
Opportunity to work across all areas of Private Client work amongst a supportive team.
You
5+ PQE probate and trust Solicitor/CILEX who is STEP/CTA qualified
Proven track record in probate administration (wills and intestacy) and advice
Experience in agricultural and business property relief, estates with a foreign element, preparation of deeds of variation and declarations of trust, land/property law knowledge would be advantageous.
