Assistant Commercial Counsel

Hugely ambitious Fintech business with US growth plans, is looking to recruit a lawyer to help with the next phase of their journey. Reporting into the Chief Risk Officer who in turn reports directly to the CEO, this is a business which genuinely values and invests in legal, compliance and risk.

We'd be particularly interested in speaking to qualified solicitors with some PQE in any of the following skills - Contracts, Information Technology, CCA, Corporate governance and more generalist FS Regulation for this exciting and challenging role.

This is a business which plans to grow significantly, both organically and by acquisition and is likely to suit a pragmatic, agile and flexible commercial thinker, comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. The operating companies service both B2B and B2C sectors, ensuring exceptional variety and quality of caseload.

The role will require some office presence at their high-end corporate HQ offices in South Manchester, but ultimately offers hybrid and agile working from home. Salary is likely to be in the region of £50k-£70k offering scope for progression and reward.
