A Magic Circle law firm are looking to employ an associate between the NQ-4PQE level to join their Corporate Tax practice in London. In return, the firm can offer market-leading work, a very competitive remuneration package and the chance to learn from leading practitioners in this space.

The team work on a variety of Corporate Tax matters and are regularly involved in some of the most prominent Corporate deals in the London market. This role will involve advising of the tax implications of M&A, Capital Markets and Group Restructuring transactions.

The team are looking for an individual with a solid background in tax within a comparable environment. A strong academci record and a minimum of 6 months of experience within a highly regarded Corporate Tax team is required to be considered.
