IP Litigation & Advisory - senior (4PQE+)

Our client, a leading international UK law firm with a strong presence in the TMT sectors, is looking to hire an experienced Intellectual Property lawyer, ideally (but not necessarily) with at least 5 years’ post qualification experience from another leading IP team) to join its highly regarded Intellectual Property practice in a senior role (with a title appropriate to PQE level). This Intellectual Property group advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of Intellectual Property litigation as well as advising on non-contentious IP matters. It is envisaged that this particular role will be broad ranging across the full range of IP litigation (as well as some advisory work), though with a slight focus on trademarks work.
