This premier offshore law firm has an excellent new opportunity for an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join their market leading Commercial Litigation group in Hong Kong. The role will entail working closely with their leading offshore practices in the BVI, Caymans, Jersey, Guernsey and Luxembourg, and their wider global office network, while also actively contributing to the growth and development of their Hong Kong practice. The focus of their work is particularly on high-value multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes, along with cross-border restructuring and insolvency and general commercial and investment funds litigation. This top firm has long-established relationships with many leading international financial institutions, professional advisers and regulatory bodies, and has been at the forefront of the development of the offshore financial markets. The position combines an excellent salary package with highly varied and challenging international work and excellent future prospects. Applicants should ideally have high-level litigation experience gained within a leading offshore, Hong Kong, UK or Australasian practice.
