This Highly ranked Legal 500 firm have recently undergone a merger, and their presence now includes Surrey, Hampshire and London. Their geographical scope has increased their pull in attractive HNW individual services to big-ticket corporate & commercial work.

There is an opportunity for a Corporate Commercial Senior Associate to join their established team. You can be based remotely or can be based from the office in London or Surrey.

The role

  • You will be working closely with the head of department whilst inheriting a mixed and dynamic caseload of corporate commercial matters. This will range from; M&A work, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, commercial contracts, GDPR, data privacy, IP and more.
  • Due to the diverse nature of the department, this firm has the ability to tailor a caseload to the needs and wants of the individuals creating a unique, bespoke opportunity.
  • You will be working alongside 10 other specialists in the team, collaborating on matters when required but also running your own transactions/matters at the same time.

Requirements

  • A Corporate & Commercial solicitor with 5+ years PQE
  • You will be a motivated, driven individual with an eye for detail and career progression.
  • You will be well experienced in corporate & commercial matters
