The role:
Are you a Housing Development & Regeneration Senior Associate 3+ years PQE seeking exposure to some of the most exciting regeneration projects, to be based in Birmingham?
This role would suit an individual who has a background in real estate and/or development and wants to further their career within residential development and housing-led regeneration.
You'll be in good hands as this practice comprises a large team of experienced and well-respected lawyers who act for house builders, mixed-use developers, affordable housing providers, landowners (public and private) and investors on a range of cutting-edge schemes.
In this role, you will provide advice on all aspects of regeneration schemes, many of which are residential-led but others have a significant mixed-use component also.
The ideal candidate:
· Commercial Property Solicitor 3+ years with experience in real estate, development or housing
· Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
· Proven ability to generate business and identify prospects within the real estate-development space
