The Role:
- The firm are looking for a Corporate Partner to join their vibrant office in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
- Earning high accreditation in the Legal 500, the team regularly advise heavyweight corporates, international private equity houses and HNW individuals across a broad range of sectors such as tech, IT and retail
- As such, you will manage a diverse caseload, including large private equity deals, high-value M&A transactions, corporate finance & governance and joint ventures
- As a Partner, you will also have the opportunity to oversee the development of the firm and supervise the more junior members of the team, contributing to the success of the wider department
The Ideal Candidate:
- A well-established Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE
- Strong business development capabilities
- First-class communication and an entrepreneurial flair
