NEW 2022/3: Corporate M&A Partner, Singapore

Singapore Corporate Partner .. New 2022/3 Top £££: City Common Law / UK M&A qualified / Aus Partner .. you will be looking for that eventual jump to SG or ideally be already located in SG to get on board with this UK Global firm.  As a partner already partnership or associate on partnership track; this well liked Global practice is on the hunt for several partners to help with the returning corporate / corporate finance business. You will specialise in all things corporate to include general M&A, JVs and some restructurings .. there is NO need for local experience but you need the gravitas to come straight into the partnership. This successful practice is part of a Global UK entity, which spans all jurisdictions and is 'on the up' for this type of work. You may be a disgruntled Regional or City lawyer looking for an ‘out’ or a lawyer looking for something a bit different; either way you will have enough experience to run your own caseload and hit the ground running. An obvious attractive role for the right candidate with the right push and drive.
