The role:
Exciting opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor NQ-3 years PQE to progress within a highly successful dispute resolution team in Birmingham.
You will work across a broad range of commercial disputes relating to contracts, shareholders, warranty claims and professional negligence to name a few. There will also be opportunities to get involved with different types of litigation to broaden your practice including property, civil, construction and professional negligence.
The team is looking for someone who is passionate about business development as they will give you the platform to network amongst the biggest and best in the industry. Therefore, you must have excellent communication skills and a genuine entrepreneurial flair.
You will receive an excellent level of exposure and, given their level of growth, career prospects are in abundance.

· Commercial Litigation Solicitor NQ-3 years PQE
