The role:

This well-known firm is looking to appoint an Employment Partner 8+ years PQE to be based in Birmingham.

You will take on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for both employers and employees including dismissals, terminations, discrimination, tribunal representation, redundancies and restructuring.

The practice has a wide range of clients ranging from small start-ups to large national corporations, as well as PLCs, making for a varied and interesting workload.

The firm is looking for someone who can make a significant contribution to the firm and drive forward the ongoing success and growth of its employment practice.

The ideal candidate:

· Employment Solicitor 8+ years PQE
· Excellent technical knowledge together with a commercial approach to legal services
· Desire and ability to contribute to business development projects
