This provides a rare opportunity for a talented banking lawyer to join a 'Big 4' law firm and combine both transactional and strategic skills to help clients maximise their efficiencies and deal effectively with legal issues. They focus on delivering deep technical, people and legal expertise, while providing the critical context to make informed and compliant decisions.

Working alongside other talented practitioners as part of a well structured team, you will work on complex banking and finance transactions often with an international element to them. They advise on a wide range of banking & finance transactions, from small investments in UK companies to multi-billion pound complex global transactions. The impressive and extensive client base comprises household name and blue chip clients globally.
