Private Client Paralegal

Premier West End boutique firm is searching for an experienced private client paralegal to join its Estates, Trusts, Wills and Tax team. 

This firm is a leading specialist in family law, commended by clients for its breadth of experience and meticulous attention to detail. The Private Client team has extensive expertise in drawing up Wills and advising on inheritance tax planning, wealth protection, and preservation.

The team is searching for a private client paralegal, preferably with experience, to provide general assistance on a varied caseload covering probate, wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, maintaining the diary system; assisting in compiling schedules of assets and estate accounts; general administration, such as making probate bundles and engrossments for wills and LPAs; setting up clients as entities; and drafting IHT 400 forms and making online probate applications.
