Your new firm
One of our Top 100 law firm clients are looking for a recently qualified commercial property solicitor to join their successful Commercial Property team in Exeter, focusing on handling a development caseload.


Your new role
You will be working on a variety of projects, offering advice on residential development for a broad breadth of clients including planning, construction, banking sectors. You will have the opportunity to take the lead on residential and commercial development files, handling acquisitions of development sites for residential and mixed-use schemes and assisting on land acquisitions and disposals.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be a recently qualified solicitor with experience of working in a highly regarded real estate team. Experience of handling residential and/ or commercial development matters would be a distinct advantage, as would experience of advising on social housing developments.

You will have a strong client focus, with an ability to work autonomously and as part of a team and enjoy building your own personal profile through assisting with business development activities.
