FINANCIAL SERVICES REGULATORY | SINGAPORE | 3 - 5 PQE

The Singapore office of this major global offshore firm has a new opening for an experienced financial services regulatory associate. You will need to be admitted in either the UK, Australia, New Zealand or Ireland, and have gained between 3 and 5 years' post-qualification experience in financial services regulatory work at a major law firm. You will require knowledge of UK and/or EU regimes covering broker dealer activity, banking, investment management and anti-money laundering law and practice.

The role will involve working with a global team of 10 regulatory lawyers across the Americas, Asia and Europe to develop the Financial Services and Regulatory practice globally. You will support partners and senior lawyers with research, drafting and matter administration, develop a deep understanding and knowledge of contentious and non-contentious offshore and international regulatory law, and build effective relationships across all the firm's locations and businesses with key stakeholders, to enable successful working practices and partnerships.
