This top 100 firm is looking for a Property Development Solicitor of 2-5 years PQE to join their nationwide leading property development team in Reading.
Being on the panel with 90% of the UK's largest Housebuilders, those within this tier 1 team act on major redevelopments, regenerations and urban extensions.

The role and Residential Development practice:
·The collective national acquisition team acts for all of the UK's major housebuilders on complex and large-scale land acquisitions, collaboration agreements between developers, funding arrangements and more
·Therefore, you will be exposed to the most relevant and high-value work available in this area of law with has the platform to network amongst the biggest and best in the industry. One recent example includes working with a consortium of housebuilders on a £1.5 billion urban extension.
·The team cultivates close working relationships with their clients so that their support is embedded into the development process. Therefore, this position would suit an individual who likes to be hands-on with clients to provide proactive support
The ideal candidate:
·Property Development Solicitor 2-5 years PQE with experience in a quality real estate practice
·Outstanding technical knowledge with a clear commercial focus
·Proven ability to generate business and identify prospects within the real estate-development space
