Senior Associate – Project Finance (Perth, Western Australia)

Our client has developed considerable reputation for advising lenders and sponsors on a wide variety of financing transactions, including project finance for infrastructure, energy and natural resource projects, property finance, acquisition finance and general corporate finance. In response to consistent activity, they now seek an experienced project finance lawyer at the Senior Associate level to take a pivotal position within their growing team in Perth, W.A.

Working closely with the lead Partner the successful applicant will be capable of running transactions independently, taking responsibility for junior team members, while also comfortable in a client facing position. Recent local experience would be ideal, but is not essential, while returning Australian and overseas lawyers (specifically NZ/E&W qualified) are also encouraged to get in touch.

In all cases applicants must be academically excellent and have developed their experience to date within a recognised project finance team.
