Legal Counsel – Offering hybrid/home working, with travel to Cambridge and Germany as required
Client
A global biotech company at the forefront of medical advancement, which is growing rapidly. Working with many of the world’s leading physicians and hospitals.

Role
Advise all members of the team on general commercial issues globally
Draft, analyse and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts
Instruct and manage external counsel; and provide guidance to business stakeholders on IP, legal compliance, company secretarial and regulatory-related issues.

You
Ideally qualified in Germany, however dual qualification in Germany/England and Wales is highly desirable.
3+ years’ experience in private practice or in house.
Fluent in both German and English.
Strong commercial law experience.
An interest in working in Life Sciences; prior experience in medical devices or a parma/ biotech background would be a significant bonus but is not essential.
