The Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate with 4+ years PQE to join a Top 50 firm in their Corporate team in Nottingham.
With a client base of some of the world's most prestigious household names, this firm's corporate practice undertakes a quality of work rarely seen outside of London.
This role will see you advising on a broad range of Corporate matters including, M&A, VC, PE, Reorganisations and Joint Ventures throughout all stages of the business cycle. This will allow you to develop your existing skill set to meet your long-term career goals.
The department is currently undergoing significant strategic growth and is expanding the team accordingly. At this senior level, you will play an active role in the development and direction of the practice and the team.
