In House Commercial Property Solicitor

My client, a global PLC in Manchester, is currently seeking to recruit an In-House Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Legal team.

This position would ideally suit a lawyer in private practice looking for their first move in-house, attracted by the prospect of working in a highly motivated team of solicitors and providing exposure to a range of property matters.

The role will focus on supporting the business with the management of a national portfolio of service sites by providing advice on property law issues, including; the renewal of leasehold estate, advising on strategy and managing legal aspects of Notice to Quits served by Landowners in relation to occupational agreements, and advising on and managing other dispute, enforcement and estate issues.

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you are a qualified Solicitor with strong experience of managing matters related to Commercial property of Commercial Property Litigation. The ability to influence key business decision makers, senior managers and internal customers is also key, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
