The role:
Outstanding opportunity for a Property Development & Investment Associate 3+ years PQE with the drive and ambition to be part of a powerhouse practice operating out of Birmingham.
This team is looking to welcome an individual who has good familiarity with a range of investment and development transactions including sales/purchases, lettings/pre-lets, acquisition of sites for redevelopment, forward fundings and purchases as well as delivering real estate support for M&A transactions.
The transactional team sits with the wider Property group and operates a national unit, which means they are looking for lawyers who enjoy working collaboratively and is able to build relationships at all levels.

The ideal candidate:
· Real Estate Solicitor 3+ years PQE looking to further specialise in development and investment work
· Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
