Job Details
This prestigious Magic Circle firm is seeking a c.2-4PQE leveraged finance specialist to join it's top tier banking practice and work on complex leveraged deals. There will be opportunities to work for a variety of partners, for a variety of clients (often international) in a broad spread of sectors.
There is great emphasis placed on responsibility and high levels of client contact. Unlike some of their peer practices you will also act both on behalf of lender and borrower with blue chip corporates as well as banks on their prestigious client lists.
This is an excellent opportunity for a bright and driven lawyer, wanting a challenging yet supportive environment. To be considered you must have an excellent academic record and currently be practising at either a comparable City or International firm in the City or equivalent firm in Australia, NZ or South Africa.
