Newly Qualified Real Estate Lawyer required to assist with a range of investment matters for a Manchester firm

Your new company
This is an expansive and highly regarded Manchester based law firm that are looking to expand their Real Estate team with a newly qualified lawyer to handle a growing caseload of real estate investment and commercial property matters. You will run and own commercial real estate transaction files including acquisitions, disposals, leases and lease renewals, and a variety of property management matters. The firm operate across the full range of corporate and commercial matters, and have recently opened a new state of the art office in the city center of Manchester.

Your new role
You will be required to support a growing pipeline of work from national retailers, local authorities and some of the UK's largest landowners, as well as North West based developers and investors. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include drafting contracts, leases, licenses, consents, transfers and other property documents, reviewing, amending and commenting on a variety of draft property documents, and carrying out property due diligence exercises and reporting on title, searches and enquiries.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this position, you will be degree educated, and an upcoming or existing qualified lawyer with seats in real estate and/or commercial property. You will be interested in focusing on commercial real estate including acquisitions and disposals on landlord and tenant matters.
