Legal Service Manager - P01809
Qualified Solicitor/Barrister and legislation your thing?
We are seeking a motivated and experienced lawyer to lead a team of 4 solicitors and a legal assistant in providing high quality, professional legal advice which is proactive and responsive to the Council’s requirements. You will have at least 5 years’ experience post qualification, with knowledge of key legislation and issues relating to areas of expertise (in particular planning), having dealt with complex and contentious cases.

This is the role for you, working with management, employees and elected members you will need to demonstrate excellent leadership skills and strong personal and professional credibility.

Along with advanced written skills, you will also demonstrate outstanding verbal communication skills, able to communicate complex information clearly and concisely. You must have the ability to plan, manage and control a budget, with a flexible approach and excellent organisational skills
