Tech & Digital Infrastructure lawyer - Common law qualified

A top tier TMT practice is looking to grow its highly regarded tech transformation and digital infrastructure offering by appointing a lawyer to provide advice on a range of tech and telecommunications matters. The successful applicant will have experience working as a solicitor for a highly regarded law firm.

The team work with a dynamic international client base across different jurisdictions. The successful candidate should be able to support more junior members in the team, and lead on client relationships and legal matters.

Candidates may have a range of experience across tech and commercial contracts but should have an interest in also working on telecommunications matters (prior telco experience not necessarily a pre-requisite). For example, useful experience could be in SaaS arrangements, system integration/implementation of tech solutions, agile procurement and software licencing.

Candidates will ideally have gained a minimum of 3 years PQE with have strong academics. Lawyers qualified in England & Wales, Scotland, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia and South Africa are highly sought, with the role being based in London. More senior candidates are also encouraged to apply, and progression prospects can be discussed. Candidates from outside of this core range may be considered if they can demonstrate the necessary competencies.
