UK law firm seeks mid level Corporate Associate to work on a range of different matters including Hong Kong capital market transactions, pre-IPO investments, mergers & acquisitions, general corporate matters and HKSE-listed public company compliance work. The successful candidate will work in a well established team on a variety of stimulating and challenging deals. You will receive first class training and you will be offered attractive career prospects. You will be an ambitious and confident HK qualified associate with fluency in Mandarin. US$160k to US$200k.
