Job Details

Leading offshore law firm with a strong presence in Asia is seeking a mid level funds associate for its growing team in Hong Kong.  The successful candidate will be an ambitious associate, with 3 to 5 years of experience, and you will be qualified within a commonwealth jurisdiction, or in Hong Kong.  Whilst funds experience will be an advantage, candidates with strong corporate/M&A experience who wish to retrain into funds, will also be eligible for this role.   You will enjoy working closely with very capable and experienced partners on a diverse spectrum of Cayman and BVI transactions. Chinese language skills are preferred, but are not a prerequisite for this role. Our client provides a collegiate environment and considerable support and it has a well established office with a strong client base.  On offer is an attractive remuneration package, quality work and strong career development opportunities.  US$160k to US$190k.
