Investment Manager - Litigation funding (Top fund, training provided)

Tenhaven is delighted to be hiring for an Investment Manager position with a leading litigation fund.  Litigators at top-tier law firms are encouraged to reach out.

THE FUND

A very well capitalised fund, operating at the top end of the market.

YOU

Will currently be working as a litigator / dispute resolution Associate/Senior Associate, likely with at least 3 years of PQE.  We are interested in hearing from commercial litigators (no specific sector experience is required, though any exposure to competition or investigations or securities/shareholder disputes is additionally interesting). 

You will be resident at, and have trained with, a top-tier law firm, with a strong reputation for their disputes work.

WORK

This is a highly commercial role, where you will build and hone your commercial, strategic skills, relying on your background in dispute resolution, in the pursuit of developing relationships, originating and sourcing matters, analysing them, deciding whether on whether or not to fund, project managing cases and liaising with external law firms.  You will be dealing with a variety of external parties, including fee-earning teams at elite and top-tier law firms.
