In House Legal Counsel – Property Focus – West Country - Full-time or Part-time

Rare opportunity for an experienced commercial property lawyer to move in-house in the Devon/Cornwall region.

• Key role advising the Senior Leadership Team on a range of legal, commercial and contractual issues and liaising with external law firm advisors. This is an interesting, innovative and fast-growing business that prides itself on its friendly, collegiate and balanced culture.
• You are likely to have a minimum of 3 years’ pqe (and could well have significantly more), with a bias to commercial property transactions and/or property finance. The role will also involve managing advice on commercial contracts, HR, IP and company secretarial.
• This friendly business champions flexible and hybrid working. It is envisaged that you will need to be in the office 1-2 days per week. Likely package is a basic salary of up to £60K to £65K FTE (depending on experience) plus benefits.
