Role

Join a forward thinking and growing commercial technology team with exposure to high calibre clients

Opportunity to lead on small transactions as well as play a role in more complex matters

Work with clients ranging from start-ups through to large multi-nationals

You

3-5+ years PQE, working on a broad range of technology matters, particularly SaaS/Cloud solutions and hybrid software/hardware offerings

Strong experience of directly negotiating technology agreements such as software licences and reseller agreements for a variety of domestic and international clients.

A working transactional knowledge of data protection compliance

Ideally experience/knowledge of having worked with regulated/unregulated FinTechs including knowledge of European Banking Authority Guidelines on outsourcing and financial institutions

More senior candidates will be confident to lead matters independently while supporting more junior members of the team and managing clients.
