The Role:
- The firm are looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join as a Legal Director in Newcastle, with hybrid working in place
- The award-winning Corporate department are widely regarded for their specialist knowledge in M&A transactions across the pharmaceutical, travel & property development sectors
- To align with this, you will advise a broad range of business clients in M&A transactions, corporate governance, partnership matters, joint venture & shareholders' agreements and general commercial advice
- As a Legal Director, you will participate in the ongoing development of junior team members and work with deal teams on larger transactions
- You will also receive generous investment from the firm to progress on a clear route to partnership
The Ideal Candidate:
- An experienced Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 7 years PQE
- Clear understanding of relevant legal issues
- Highly meticulous & commercially focused
