The Role:

  • The firm are looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join as a Legal Director in Newcastle, with hybrid working in place
  • The award-winning Corporate department are widely regarded for their specialist knowledge in M&A transactions across the pharmaceutical, travel & property development sectors
  • To align with this, you will advise a broad range of business clients in M&A transactions, corporate governance, partnership matters, joint venture & shareholders' agreements and general commercial advice
  • As a Legal Director, you will participate in the ongoing development of junior team members and work with deal teams on larger transactions
  • You will also receive generous investment from the firm to progress on a clear route to partnership

The Ideal Candidate:

  • An experienced Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 7 years PQE
  • Clear understanding of relevant legal issues
  • Highly meticulous & commercially focused
