This successful firm based in central London is seeking a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to join a thriving team working with an exciting client list operating in innovative, technology-led sectors.

The Role
This Legal 500 firm is seeking a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE to join their central London office.
You will work within a small team directly alongside one of the firm's directors. As such this role comes with huge opportunities for progression as the team continues to expand in the near future.
You will play a key role in influencing the team's development and gaining exposure to a variety of high-quality work and leadership activities.
This position is well-suited for an individual with experience in software/technology contracts or data protection matters. You will be working with some of the practice's key SME clients working in the software and technology sector.
This position will require you to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision. There will be the opportunity to partake in business development activities and contribute to the ongoing growth of the team.
There are exciting prospects for rapid promotion to Senior Associate for the right candidate with the potential to join even join at the senior level.
Requirements
- England & Wales qualified solicitor with 2-5 years PQE
- Background in either Corporate or Commercial law is essential
- Knowledge of data protection or software contracts is desirable
