This is an exciting role for an experienced Agricultural Property Solicitor with 6+ years PQE, to lead on specialist, complex real estate matters for agricultural sector clients, and assist in the growth of the client base in this well regarded  Agriculture and Rural business team.

You will be expected to lead on the delivery of an outstanding service for a range of clients including large farms, rural properties, country houses and landed estates and food supply chain businesses that view themselves as part of the farming sector.

The ideal candidate will be a Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association, experience in general commercial property matters will be welcome but agricultural real estate expertise is the main focus.
You will have expertise in advising farmers, landowners, farming businesses and farming-related organisations on all their real estate legal matters. Connections to relevant farming communities would be an advantage.

You should also have a strong appreciation for the Agricultural market, technology trends (including renewable energy) and commercial challenges faced by Agri businesses and a track record of building strong client relationships and a well-developed client/contact network including active, effective and profitable work referrers.
