THE ROLE
We have an exceptional opportunity for a Banking Solicitor c 5 + PQE to join an established legal department of a leading banking group
The work will cover both corporate and private banking work for Ultra HNW clients
As a senior team member, you will be advising on, reviewing and managing the preparation of facility documentation, facility letters, security documents, syndicated/bilateral documents for trade finance and real estate transactions
The private banking work will include high level real estate finance
As a senior team member, you will also be expected to advise on more general regulatory and commercial matters
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a qualified Solicitor 5 + PQE with a solid banking/finance background, ideally gained from a leading law firm or an in house legal department
You will have first rate technical and commercial skills, ready to move to a business facing in house role offering an opportunity to use your leadership skills
