The team focuses on high value corporate transactions for a range of clients, including investors (including VC and PE firms and private individuals), established entrepreneurs, global high net worth individuals and their businesses. The team works across a variety of sectors including media and technology, publishing, private wealth and financial services.

For this expansion role, the firm are seeking an experienced Corporate Associate with entrepreneurial flare, who is committed to building and developing client relationships. The successful candidate will have trained and practised with a City firm (5PQE+) and will have a strong academic record.
