Legal Counsel, MNC

Headquartered in Singapore, a multinational conglomerate are recruiting a Legal Counsel to support their business activities in the region. You will be a part of a legal team where you will provide legal, regulatory, compliance and corporate secretarial support whilst fostering a positive relationship with stakeholders. Offering broad commercial exposure, applicants must be admitted to the Bars of Singapore and/or Malaysia. Some travel may be required.

Successful applications will possess:

• A recognized degree in law and admission to the Singapore Bar and/or Malaysia Bar.
• A minimum of 6PQE gained with a law firm or in-house.
• Strong ability to work autonomously and within multi-functional teams.
