Job Details
New and exciting role for an experienced Lawyer to work in the London based Company Secretariat of a top investment bank.
In this role you will provide full company secretarial support to a range of regulated and unregulated entities and board committees, including preparing agendas, providing governance and regulatory compliance advice, supporting director inductions and advising directors. Apart from general company secretarial tasks, you will also advise on corporate liquidation/dissolutions, aspects of legal entity restructuring and refinancings, as well as advising on KYC, signatory lists and powers of attorney.
The successful candidate will have around 5 years of experience as a Company Secretary in a similar high-performance environment, have working knowledge of Blueprint, familiarity with the Boardvantage app is desirable.
