Our client is a well known profitable and fast growing city law firm. They have a small successful commercial team. One of the teams partners is approaching retirement and our client is succession planning. They are interested in speaking to senior company/commercial lawyers with broad experience who might be interested in joining their team. The team focus on buying and selling of businesses and general commercial contract work. The bulk of their clients are in the SME sector along with wealthy individuals.
