Funds Associates (c3-7yrs PQE) - Cayman Islands

Regarded as a pre-eminent law firm for offshore funds work, our client advises a wide range of financial institutions and investment managers on all aspects of the establishment and maintenance of offshore hedge funds, private equity funds and investment fund platforms. The team are also also extensively involved in ongoing transactional and restructuring issues relating to offshore investment funds. 

In response to sustained deal flow out of their Cayman office, they are looking to attract high calibre funds associates with c3-7yrs PQE (on a UK scale) who are keen to embark on a long term career offshore. Admitted to practice in a qualifying Commonwealth jurisdiction, it is expected you will have an excellent academic pedigree and have developed your experience to date within the funds group at a recognised onshore / offshore law firm. High calibre corporate lawyers, ideally with some exposure to funds related work would also be urged to apply. 

Confident in front of clients, this post requires the successful applicants to evidence significant attention to detail, professionalism and the ability to multi-task, while employing excellent organisational, prioritisation and communications skills.
