Commercial barrister with circa 5yrs+ call sought by award winning, full service Turks & Caicos law firm, regarded as having one of the leading disputes practices of any firm in the Bahamas. To be considered, it is expected that applicants will be bright, ambitious with a solid career history and looking to embark on a fulfilling legal career in the offshore Caribbean.

The successful candidate will be expected take the lead on multi-jurisdictional claims, multi-party actions, contract breaches, and insolvencies and liquidations involving local and international parties, shareholder disputes, and corporate reorganisations and restructurings.
