New: March 2023 Finance NQ Role – Prestigious US firm Paying Full New York Rates

We are working with an elite US firm in London as they look to recruit a March 2023 NQ into their highly-regarded Leveraged Finance practice.

With a blue-chip client base including some of the largest names in the private equity market, associates at the firm work in small teams on the very best work available in the market.

Whilst the mainstream finance practice is centred on private equity leveraged buyouts there is also financing work coming through from the firm’s real estate team, which focusses on investments into commercial and residential real estate and property loan portfolios in a range of international jurisdictions, and associates will have the opportunity to diversify their experience in both areas.

The partners are primarily looking to recruit associates from the Magic Circle or another leading international firm in the City.

To impress the partners, candidates will need to show a strong ambition to join what is arguably the most prestigious and established US firms in the London market. 

Applications are welcome from March 2023 NQs who have undertaken at least one seat in Finance, with a desire to focus on this area upon qualification.

There is no better firm for finance lawyers to develop their careers if they want to specialise in the elite private equity market.

In addition, the firm pays its London associates at full New York rates, the highest level for lawyers working in the City.
