In House Residential Property Lawyer/Paralegal

THE COMPANY

An industry leading property fund working with a variety of leading national Developers, Estate Agents and Asset Managers, supporting them with Part‐Exchange and Chain Breaking services.

THE ROLE

For a property paralegal or newly qualified property lawyer to work in a fast paced in house environment with likeminded individuals. A hands‐on role requiring a variety of skills including the ability to multitask.

Assisting with the progress of a large volume of conveyancing transactions both sales and purchases, including raising enquiries, dealing with replies, and drafting internal Reports on Title.

Assisting with the whole conveyancing process of the business, purchase and sales progression both internally and externally with the roster of Conveyancing Solicitors, ensuring that the large volume of transactions (both purchases from customers and the onward sales) are proceeding efficiently and professionally.

Liaising with the Valuation Team to ensure that legal issues are taken into account within the valuation.

Liaising with the Buying Team to advise them of the potential commercial implications of buying particular properties.
