BANKING / ACQUISITION FINANCE LAWYER - 3-6 PQE

This premier US and international law firm has an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate or Senior Associate to join their top-flight UK Banking & Finance team in London.  Their high-level practice focusses particularly on complex multi-jurisdictional matters, including within emerging markets, and employing sophisticated Financing techniques throughout the capital structure, with an emphasis on big-ticket Acquisition/Leveraged Finance deals. Their broad international practice enables the firm to provide a versatile service to both major lenders and borrowers, including huge multinational corporates and leading private equity sponsors.  Applicants will need to have strong Finance law experience (ideally gained within another leading London or international practice) with high levels of responsibility and well developed drafting and negotiation skills.
